 Case 1: Purge does not remove any rows from the Process Monitor
 Case 2:  Reports are not removed from Report Repository
 Case 3:  Database error encountered: SELECT DAYSBEFOREPURGE FROM PS_PRCSPURGELIST WHERE RUNSTATUS = '9'
 Case 4: PRCSYSPURGE process does not run and the Process Scheduler throws a dump file
 Case 5: Delete is not made to PS_MESSAGE_LOG and PS_MESSAGE_LOGPARM
 Case 6:  Purge is not running
 Case 7:  Process ends in 'No Success'
 Case 8:  Process fails with "No such file or directory" message
 Case 9:  Files not deleted after changing Retention Days value
 Case 10:  Process runs to No Success with "Failed to Initialize JNI" error
 Case 11:  Process runs and contents removed, but not the folder
