Goal
Customer could not find anything in either the Payroll for NA or Time & Labor peoplebooks, or in Customer Connection, on how Retro Pay works with the Time & Labor module. In particular, when an employee is given a retroactive raise, but his hours worked in T&L have not changed. We thought if we just reprocessed his hours in T&L, it would create a prior period adjustment for the difference in salary, but it didn't.
