Symptoms
I have been able to build combination edits for project-related chartfields - Activity and Resource Type - using the Build Master Selector tables option during the Build Combo Data step. If I use the Build Combo Data Table option the process runs to success but no rows are added to the COMBO_DATA_TBL. The COMBO_DATA_TBL record does not include the project-related chartfields which appears to be the problem. Is there a modification necessary to build combo data table rows for project-related chartfields? We are building a rule to send to HRMS so our understanding is that we need to use the Build Combo Data option as opposed to the Build Master Selector tables option to send the valid rows to HRMS. We need to send rows to HRMS for the project-related chartField - Activity.
Other customers want to be able to validate project-related chartfields within GL as well as other financial and supply chain modules.
