Customer is using the USER_SYNC App Engine program to sync up User Profiles between two databases.  They are running this App Engine program so that in the future the USER_PROFILE Message will manage the maintenance of the User Profiles between the databases.  The USER_SYNC is not syncing up the User's Roles.  It is not at all copying over the information from the PSROLEUSER table, which is then causing a problem with the User's security.  The only information being copied over is the information from the PSOPRDEFN table.
