Information in this document applies to any platform.
When the account is locked out due to maximum logon attempts, users cannot sign on and they would get the "User id and password invalid " message. But customers want to use the "Forgot your password link" to turn off the account lockout check box after it e-mails the new password, So users can sign on successfully.
