Symptoms
User is able to post the journal from the batch journal edit run control even if they don't have permission to post the journal.
User doesn't have a permission to post a journal, user has only edit and mark for journal post, but if they go the batch journal edit run control they can select the journal post option with that they are able to post the journal.
