E-PRCS: When Selecting The Run Button Receive Error: "Maximum number of records found matching specified key"

Symptoms
Sample Site is having 300+ Recurrences defined in it.
The issue can be replicated using the following steps:

1. Log into PeopleSoft front end Application (PIA) using Browser & Configure: 300+ recurrences.
2. Later, navigate to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > System Process Requests
3. Search/ Add Run Control ID.
4. Click on "Run" button and following error occurs:-
Maximum number of records found matching specified key(s) -- others not included in list. (4,2).
When performing a Lookup, the database returned more than can be accommodated in the list box.
Use a Partial Key value or Advanced Search to limit the number of rows returned, or specify more characters to further qualify the key value.
This error may also occur on the Recurrence search page.
