Symptoms
Need some mechanism for correcting the TL_COMPLEAV_TBL balances.
For some time now, the inbound file publish has not been maintaining the TL_COMPLEAV_TBL or the TL_COMP_DAY_BAL table (we have a separate case for that). In versions prior to 8.9 we had the UPGRADE_COMP and UPGRADE_LEAV to rebuild these tables but they are not available for this version. We need some mechanism for correcting the history that has been compromised as a result of a programming error in the inbound file publish procedure. If this process could be run for a single employee or a dynamic group instead of for the whole organization, it would be even more useful.
