EPY: PYLOAD does not distinguish between On-Cycle and Off-Cycle data (Doc ID 647543.1)

Symptoms

  When the Load / Reset Transactions (PYLOAD) process is run for On-Cycle with a PSHUP_TXN.PU_SOURCE  of 'OT', and the table contains Off_Cycle entries,  the following occurs:

1. Unprocessed Off-Cycle data is loaded to the On-Cycle paysheets
2. The PU_TXN_STATUS on PSHUP_TXN is updated to 'I' for the Off-Cycle row.
3. The OFF_CYCLE indicator on PSHUP_TXN is changed from 'Y' to 'N'.
