Future Dated Dependents are not Available Via Election Entry (Doc ID 649284.1)

Symptoms

When processing a future dated event, future dated dependents are not available to be selected on the Election Entry page.  Since the EFFDT of the dependent equals the EVENT DATE, therefore, the future dated dependent should be available.
