E-SQR: SQR programs run to error on UNIX with no log files being created

Symptoms
All processes are running properly and then all of a sudden sometime during the day all SQR programs submitted to the PSUNX process scheduler go from "Queued" to "Initiated" to "Error" status right away. No log files have been generated to be able to troubleshoot the issue. For some reason only SQR programs are affected as AE programs being submitted are running fine. In the message log there is a generic "The process is initiated or processing but no longer running" error indicating that the Process Scheduler does not know what happened to this process but the process is no longer running in the operating system.
