This document is to help identify the cause of the problem, when a user cannot view the records as set up on Department Security Tree or Security by Permission List. For example:
1. A user cannot view data that they have been granted access to on the Department Security Tree.
2. A user can view data they have not been granted access to on the Department Security Tree.
3. User is receiving the message "No Matching Entries Found" when using a search record.
