Customer was having issues with the settings on their Workgroups for punch rounding.  

The following illustrates an example that is causing us problems.

The workgroup rounding rules are set to 'Round Punches Before Rules' with an interval of 15 and a marker of 8.00. It needs to be understood that we used a marker of 8.00 so when an employee clocks in from 7 minutes to 7 min 59 seconds that web clock will round back to 7. An employees punch for the day would be as follows:

In:                 Meal Out:        Meal In:                 Out:
08:00am        12:07pm        01:08pm        04:00pm

According to the explanation, the total time worked for the day would be 7.75 hours. The problem is that users view the Meal Out/Meal In as a segment which is not how T&L treats punches. This is why we are having a problem. Sometimes people are shorted 15 minutes as in the example and others are working the system by taking a 59 minute lunch and only showing a 45 minute lunch.
