Goal
Why do Spreadsheet Journals post with Project ID only (thus missing PC BU and Activity)?
When Journals are uploaded from Spreadsheet Journal, BUSINESS_UNIT_PC and ACTIVITY_ID are blank (only PROJECT_ID has been populated) and the system allows the Journal to be posted (this is the problem, system should reject the Journal). This caused the mismatched to Project Costing.
