Symptoms

ISSUE #1:  When calculating a check where a bonus earnings must cross over multiple FLSA periods, customer experiences error 000214 - Warning - The Earnings Begin Date is not within a FLSA Period Begin Date.  
The FLSA periods are valid and in line with the Earnings Begin and End dates of the bonus payment.  The FLSA rate does calculate without error when the Earnings Begin and End dates are for a single FLSA period.

ISSUE #2:  Using a custom program to load pay sheets. It was discovered recently that the FLSA was not being calculated for prior period earnings.

ISSUE #3:  After setting up FLSA processing for the first time, customer is experiencing application error 000214 - Warning - The Earnings Begin Date is not within a FLSA Period Begin Date for all nonexempt employees on their biweekly payroll.  Overtime was not calculating at the FLSA rate as expected.
