Symptoms

Integration Broker DOMAIN STATUS page controls and buttons are gray or simply unavailable. User is either unable change the status from Inactive to Active or click on the PURGE DOMAIN STATUS button on the PIA page Integration Broker > Service Operations > Administration > domain Status
