Mass Change Templates Not Appearing in Mass Change Template Lookup (Doc ID 657666.1)

Symptoms

1) Under PeopleTools > Mass Changes > Types the customer is able to see a number of Mass Change Template Ids.
2) Under Asset Management > Mass Change > Define Criteria > Add a New Value (enter new value), click on Mass Change Template look up.
3) The Mass Change Template Ids which can be seen under the PeopleTools menu are not available in the drop-down list.
