Goal
Application Engine programs can run either via shared pool of resident PSAESRV processes or use instead the PSAE process type that is launched anew for every single program run.
The way they are run is determined by the domain configuration, resident PSAESRV processes if those are enabled in the domain, or launched every time PSAE processes otherwise.
