Symptoms

 When trying to upload an attachment to an activity, an error occurs.

Error:

Add Attachment failed (137,2)

Replication Steps:

  1. On Installation Options > Install > Installation Options > Project Costing, File Attachment Option is specified as "File Server".
  2. Navigate to Project Costing, Activity Definitions, Attachments.
  3. Attempt to upload an attachment. The above error is received.
