The 'Download' Option (into Excel) Available in Search Pages Does Not Open Excel when Using Internet Explorer (Doc ID 659912.1)

Purpose

When using Internet Explorer (IE) 7 SPx and trying to download the result of a search into Excel using the 'Download' option available in a page (such as the 'Track Order' page in Order Management), Microsoft Excel does not open. However, Microsoft Excel does open when using another browser such as Mozilla Firefox 2.x.
