Sometimes you get unexpected results with eligibility processing. Employees are terminated from plans they are meant to be in or seem to be eligible for plans they should not have access to.
This also applies to the situation where an employee comes up with a status of 'AE' - Assign Error. This means they are being evaluated as being eligible for more than one Benefit Program, which is not acceptable to the system.
