E-IB: External SOAP Messages to PeopleSoft not Authenticating (Doc ID 661605.1)

Developer is trying to turn on ID and password authentication at the service operation level however PeopleSoft is not finding or resolving the ID and PWD (password), and returning an invalid ID and Password error message.

He is using default local Node of PSFT_HR with Password authentication turned on at Node level.

He is using external WSDL_NODE to send WSDL messages to PeopleSoft to execute Service Operation that invokes CI to update data in PeopleSoft based on data in the message.  The external PeopleSoft system sending the SOAP messages.
