Users are unable to produce or view a PDF transcript or advisement report generated from the following navigations in Campus Solutions release 9:
Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report > Process Request then View Report as PDF pushbutton
Academic Advisement > Advisement Processes > Print Batch Reports
Records and Enrollment > Transcripts > Request Transcript Report > Process Request then View Report link
Records and Enrollment > Transcripts > Batch Transcripts > Process Transcripts > Print Transcripts or Request, Generate and Print
Self Service > Student Center > Select Transcript: View Unofficial Transcript from the drop down box
Self Service > Advisor Center > My Advisees > View Student Details > Select Transcript: View Unofficial Transcript from the drop down box
