Symptoms

We have multiple (eleven) instances of timeadmin running concurrently in production. One of the biggest group is taking more than 6 hours to process around 14000 associates. We are running Time Admin on Oracle 10.10.2.0.2 and Referential Integrity is turned off.

As a result, other resources in production are being held up or put in queue while timeadmin is running. We are getting very weak response times when our associates try to punch through timesheet.

We have a major rollout scheduled for next week, which would increase the production traffic and thus the longer run of timeadmin will cause a potential bottleneck in near future.
