When running a REN server ping test (or any REN server request), you receive this message:

"Communication with the REN Server failed (HTTP 403 Forbidden)"

PSRENSRV_MMDD.log contains this message:

1900566.2571 [17/Sep/2008 09:35:10](Notice) Access denied, no PS_TOKEN and tunnel id found.
