Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to validate Change Assistant, the following error occurs:
No Environments were found in the Environment Management Hub.
Note: All agents should be running and sending pulses for all Application, Batch, File and Web Servers for the environment before Change Assistant is started.
By following these steps the issue can be reproduced:
1. Change Assistant
Change Assistant will not be able to apply updates without being able to find the environments.

When starting the PSEMAgent the following errors are noted:
ERROR Thread-1 EMF_CATEGORY - SFMAINT did not end normally
ERROR Thread-1 EMF_CATEGORY - D:\psoft4702\HR89DMO\PSEMAgent>set PS_SERVDIR=d:\psoft4702\HR89DMO\appserv\hr89dmo
