PO Auto Sourcing (PO_AUTO_SRC) does not Process Requisition with an Inventory Item

Symptoms
PO Auto Sourcing (PO_AUTO_SRC) process is not processing Requisitions for Inventory items. Therefore the item does not get sourced from Inventory.
Steps to recreate the issue:
1. Create Requisition for an inventory item
2. Stage/Source requests and select Requisition Selection
3. Run PO Auto Sourcing Process and check "Source From Inventory"
4. Check Sourcing Workbench after the process completes. The requisition line/item is not picked up by PO Auto Sourcing process.
