Symptoms

When running a report to window, the REN server window stays in status 'Queued' or status 'Success'.  The report output is never displayed to window. Process monitor shows that report has successfully completed and posted, but Process Monitor message log shows one of the following errors:

HTTP error - status code 403 - Notify REN Cluster Error -- HT. Please check RENServer.
