Symptoms

The following error occurs when using Template Based Hire template:

ERROR
-----------------------
Error saving Component Interface HCR_JOB_DATA_EMP_SRV.

STEPS
--------
1. Go to Workforce Administration > Template Based Hire > Template Based Hire.
2. Add Template Based Hire, enter hire details with effective date prior to current date, and Save.
