Symptoms
Issue:
Payroll information is published from HR to Finance. After running the Journal Generator process (FS_JGEN), the journals are created but the process is not publishing messages to HRMS to update HR accounting line (HR_ACCTG_LINE).
Expected Behavior:
The Journal Generator process (FS_JGEN) should create the journals from payroll and then publish messages to update the journal information on the HR_ACCTG_LINE table on the HR side.
