Troubleshoot Error "Integration Synchronous Handler: No Destination Node can be Determined for the Request on Node PSFT_EP (158,963)" at Requisition Punchout for Direct Connect Vendor (Doc ID 837453.1)

Purpose

Troubleshooting error "Integration Synchronous Handler: No Destination Node can be Determined for the Request on Node PSFT_EP (158,963)" received when trying to Punchout to a Direct Connect vendor on the Requisition.

The complete error is:
Error details: Integration Synchronous Handler: No destination node can be determined for the request on node PSFT_EP (158,963) SCM_PV_EXTERNAL_APP.DirectConnectPunchOut.OnExecute Name:GoToApp PCPC:5467 Statement:55 Called from SCM_PV_EXTERNAL_APP.RequistionContext.OnExecute Name:Connect Statement:46 Called from: PV_MRCHPG.WRK.DESCR.FieldChange Statement:6 (18036,3455)


Below are the steps on how the error is encountered:

1. Create a Requisition through eProcurement > Create Requisition
2. Choose the 'Web' tab on the Requisition
3. Select the Vendor you would like to Punchout too and almost immediately the above error will display
