Error when applying updates using Change Assistant.

Message Reason: Invalid User ID and password for signon. (0,0)
PSDMTX Error: signon

What is working:
Can login to Datamover by itself. Error is occurring in the first step where Change Assistant invokes Data Mover and the login fails.
