The web server fails to listen on the SSL (HTTPS) port after setting up SSL

The following exceptions are written to the PIA_weblogic.log:

<Jun 10, 2009 4:07:39 PM EDT> <Error> <Security> <BEA-090133> <Could not load a JKS keystore from the file <PS_HOME>\webserv\<DOMAIN>\keystore\pskey. Exception: java.io.IOException: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect>
