Goal

If PeopleCode or SQL tracing is enabled in the Pub/Sub Integration Broker application server domain, and a message got subscribed in the system,
the subscription handler process trace files usually appear in domain LOGS subdirectory, and are named in pattern xxxxx_PSSUBHND_yyyy.tracesql.

What are the check points to determine whether the traces were actually generated and if not why?
