EGL: Adding a PROJECT chartfield puts the SETID value in the BU field on PS_PROJECT (Doc ID 882034.1)

Goal

When adding a new project chartfield, the system populates the PS_PROJECT.BUSINESS_UNIT field with the SETID.

To replicate the issue:
1) Navigated to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design ChartFields > Chartfield Values > Project
2) Add new project chartfield.
3) Save the project.
4) Query the PS_PROJECT and PS_PROJECT_FS. The BUSINESS_UNIT will be updated as setid SHARE.
5) Navigate to Project Costing > Project Definition > General Information, unable to pull up new project since SHARE is not a valid BUSINESS_UNIT.
