Error upon logging into 3 tier via App Designer-
Network API Error:
Could not connect to application server (//10.115.129.87:70200) Possible causes are the server name/IP address and port for the application server alias are incorrect, the application server is not booted, or the network is unreachable.
Contact your system administrator or check the Tuxlog for more information.
Tuxlog will not show WSL booted, like
093204.PRDPSTDT!JSL.3116.3408.0: LIBTUX_CAT:262: INFO: Standard main starting
Also, psappsrv.ubb will show this for WSL, proving that it is not up and running-
