9.1 FSCM Credit Card Integration using CyberSource SOAP API

Description
Attached is a technical brief which details the steps on how to set up a credit card integration for FSCM release 9.1 using PeopleTools 8.50 Integration Broker and Cybersource’s SOAP API. The document will include instructions on how to:

• Set up for the Application Server
• Set up for the Gateway
• Importing the CyberSource certificate file
• Set up for the Web Server
• Creating the transformation programs to map messages using the EOEC_CCI_SYNC and EOEC_CCI_RESPONSE PeopleSoft messages
• Adding an external node and routing definition for Cybersource

26-Feb-2013 Update: A few customers using Cybersource integration for credit card transactions have reported an issue where transactions are being rejected due to invalid telephone number format. By default Peoplesoft formats Telephone Numbers as 999/999-9999. A security update  has occurred from Cybersource where special characters for telephone numbers are not being allowed. When a customer adds the telephone number as part of their transformation program this format is sent and is being rejected. A bug has been reported for this 16234982 - EAR9.1 CYBERSOURCE REJECTING TRANSACTIONS DUE TO INVALID FORMAT OF TELEPHONE NUM.

The sample Transformation program included in the updated technical brief has a new method to clear phone format in PeopleSoft before sending the data to Cybersource.

9.2 FSCM Credit Card Integration using CyberSource SOAP and Secure Acceptance (SAWM)

Description
Attached is a technical brief which details the steps on how to set up a credit card integration for FSCM release 9.2 using PeopleTools 8.53 Integration Broker and Cybersource’s SOAP and Secure Acceptance. The document will include instructions on how to:
• Import the CyberSource certificate file
• Generate and import the Cybersource Secure Acceptance
• Set up the Application Server
• Set up the Gateway
• Create the transformation programs to map messages using the EOC_CCI_ SYNC and EOEC_CCI_RESPONSE PeopleSoft messages
• Add an external node and routing definition for Cybersource
• Test Cybersource SOAP and Secure Acceptance integration
• Troubleshoot Cybersource integration
