R12 - CLL Additional Info (Customer Extension) for Peruvian Localization is not displayed on R12 Customers Screen (Doc ID 1494313.1)

Symptoms

In R12.1.3, users are unable to see CLL Additional Information for Peruvian Localization on Customers screen.
All setup had been done as per LAD Consulting Localizations Oracle Peruvian Receivables Extension Implementation Guide for Release 12.

Steps to reproduce:

-Receivables, N: Customers : Customers
-Query for customer 'JV Prueba' (Registry ID = 114961, Account Number = 123450000)
-Click on Account Details icon
-CLL Additional Information for Peruvian is not displayed.
