Symptoms
On : 12.1 version, Brazil Consulting Localizations
Actual Behavior
Fiscal Operation approval is failing with ORA-06508 error.
Expected Behavior
Fiscal Operation approval should be completed without any error.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Integrated Receiving
2. Navigation: Receipts > Entry
3. Find an incomplete Fiscal Operation and click on the Approval button.
The following error is displayed:
Process: CLL_F513_UPD_TPA_RETURNS_PKG.PROC_UPD_RETURNS
Error: -6508 ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called.
Business Impact
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Fiscal Operations are not approved.
