EFD LOADER - Invoice With Invalid Status (Doc ID 2989004.1)

Symptoms

After an invoice, be imported to the EFD Loader Workbench, its status gets as invalid, and the error below is raised:

CLL_F369_ISSUER_DOC_NFOUND - It was not found the Issuer Document Number &ISSUER_DOCUMENT_NUMBER. Action: Check if the registration is correct at the Site Address Fiscal Information in the Brazilian Integrated Receiving. Path: Setup > Site Address Fiscal Information.
