Servers Screen Resolution Changes From 1920x1080 to 800x600 When Accessing Remotely (Doc ID 3025739.1)

Symptoms

In Xstore 20.0.3 hosted in OCI:

Users are noticing a change in resolution when remoting in through SCCM as opposed to RDP which displays fine.

On the system where the it displays correctly, an image of the customer brand/name is seen. When using SCCM, a different image of shopping bags (Oracle default image) is displayed as the resolution identified through remote SCCM is different.
