When user tries to login via thin web client to the eCommunicatoins_deu application , instead of the login page, the browser shows "the server is too busy.."
The SWSE log shows the error: Login failed for Login name : GUESTCST
The eCommunicatoinsObjMgr_deu component is using LDAP security authentication.
