Symptoms


Run a simple Major Alignment in a new Territory Management environment:

alignment is set-up for TM Contact assignment object:

Type = Major
Division = TestDiv
Coverage = blank
Hierarchy = MajorHier

Rule:

Geography:

Postal Code, TerrTerr, Division = TestDiv, Assignment Object = Contact, Action = Add

Positions::
Testpostn, TerrTerr, Division = TestDiv, Action = Add

The alignment is defined correctly.

The Run Alignment task failed with the Status = Alignment Run Failed, and Workflow Process Manager ( WfProcMgr) task failed with the error:
