How To Avoid User Preferences (SPF) File Update When EAI Task Completes (Doc ID 1108323.1)

Goal

Requirement is to avoid SPF file read-write when EAI task is finished because of disk IO latency.

The intention is to have about 10 request / second in standard load, and there is a potential bottleneck when writing to the SADMIN&Application.spf file.
