Siebel crashes while converting large XML/attachment using "EAI XML Converter" (Doc ID 1122234.1)

Symptoms

On ver 8.1.1.2, Siebel crashes while converting xml data/attachment which is > 90 MB using 'EAI XML Converter'.
The crash is also reproducible on standard repository connected to sample DBF using a simple workflow that queries for a record ('Query' method of 'EAI Siebel Adapter') and attempts to convert it to XML ('IntObjHierToXMLDoc' method of 'EAI XML Converter').
