Uneven Session Distribution Over Siebel Application Servers when using Siebel Native Load Balance (Doc ID 1229045.1)

Customer has Fins OM enabled on 4 application servers and one web server using siebel native load balance for this component.

He noticed that task distribution is uneven and depends of the order in which the application servers are written in lbconfig file (the first server runs more tasks than others).

For example after some time running after the bouncing the environment the situation is: first app server runs 170 tasks; the second 57; third 16 tasks; forth runs 5 tasks.
