Unable To Navigate To The Server Manager Screen using LDAP authentication

After upgrading to Siebel 188.8.131.52 on top of the 184.108.40.206, user can not access the Admin-Server Management screens using LDAP Sec Adapter authentication OM.
It is failing with below error:
"An error has occurred creating business component 'Server Server' used by business object 'Server Admin'. Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.(SBL-DAT-00222) "
