Marketing Workflows Fail After A Time With SBL-BPR-00158 (Doc ID 1314058.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
Marketing Workflows are failing with the error SBL-BPR-00158: Cannot execute workflow process definition. (sometimes "Marketing Campaign Launch", Sometimes "Email Marketing - Update Status", and "Marketing Campaign Load").
Normally, this error would indicate these workflows have not been activated in the db, but in this case they absolutely have been. After a restart of the WfProcMgr, there will be some successful executions of these workflows, but eventually, the error is encountered again.
