Symptoms


ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
While View the Record count and Export the data after query, both record values are mismatch.

ERROR
---------------
No Error

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Record count and Export values are different.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Record count and Export values should have same values.

ENVIRONMENT
---------------
Siebel Finance - 8.0.0.10
Microsoft Windows (32-bit)
Production

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log into the application.
2. Navigate to Service - Service Request list
3. Query the Service Request with some condition
4. Select Menu and verify the Record count
5. Now Export the data
6. Noticed that the number or records in Record count and Exported data values are not the same.

IMPACT
---------------
Due to this issue, users having confusion while verify the data after query.
