Symptoms

Customer has configured a calendar functionality, where they have option to chose the SR from owner dropdown and create call for SR by Drag drop functionality. Now for an user for which S_ACT_EMP is null when drag drop is performed the following error is observed:

'This operation is not allowed when there are no records displayed. Pls execute a query that returns at least one record or add a new record (SBL-DAT-00215).'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application.
2. On home page, Calendar view appears as the default view. Click on 'Booker Calendar'.
3. From the 'Owner' dropdown list pick any SR for whom the visit has to be created.
4. Navigate to the 'Customer Call Plan' applet. Drag a customer and drop in the Calendar applet to create a visit (face to face call) for the SR.
5. As soon as the user performs the drag and drop function the following error pops up twice:
'This operation is not allowed when there are no records displayed. Pls execute a query that returns at least one record or add a new record (SBL-DAT-00215).'
6. Click on any other screen screen. Navigate back to the Calendar -> Booker Calendar view. From the 'Owner' dropdown list pick the same SR as step 3.
7. Verify that the visit has been created successfully.
